A Huge Bitcoin Bar and Steakhouse Is Opening in DC

Washingtonian's look ahead at the DC opening: 12,000 square feet in Hill Country Barbecue's old Penn Quarter space, a podcast studio and event stage, the Bitcoin Policy Institute subleasing the back, smash burgers and Chicago dogs up front — and, come spring, an 85-seat basement chophouse called Dimly Lit Chophouse.
