DC leaders suggest another future street race with hopeful economic gains

7News looked at what the Freedom 250 Grand Prix meant for downtown, and stopped in a few blocks from the Mall. Ops manager Katie Partlow described the summer that led up to it: the FIFA Fan Zone crowd walking over, and about 600 people taking shelter here on the Fourth of July until we sold out of food and drinks.
