The Big Stage
A full production room behind a full bar. Line array PA, a stage-sized LED wall, wireless mics, DMX lighting, and broadcast PTZ cameras, all installed and all run by people who work here. Book the room, tell us what you're doing, and show up.
The Video Wall
Ten feet of Planar LED right on the stage. The kind of screen that turns a room into an event.
- Planar DirectLight Essential FHD 136, direct-view LED at 1.5mm pixel pitch. Sharp from the front row, not just the back.
- 9'10" wide × 5'7" tall at full 1920x1080. Native HD with no scaling and no projector guesswork about ambient light.
- Driven by a Planar WallDirector VC4-L-F10G controller. Feed it graphics, slideshows, live camera, or a full-length film.
What people put on it: sponsor graphics front and center, speaker headshots and branded backdrops, the night's lineup and schedule, hype reels, feature screenings, and karaoke, because a ten-foot screen was made for a crowd singing along.
Sound
- Midas M32R 40-channel digital mixer with a Midas DL32 stage box on the deck. 32 inputs and 16 outputs at the stage, so a full band or a six-person panel patches in without cable spaghetti down the room.
- 6× DAS Audio EVENT26A powered line array elements. Even coverage front to back instead of one loud spot and one dead one.
- 1× EVENT218A dual 18" sub and 2× EVENT115A 15" subs. Enough low end for a DJ set, dialed back to nothing for a panel.
- 4× DAS ALTEA-408A powered wedges for stage monitoring, plus 6× QSC AD-S5T-BK surface-mount speakers for fill so the far corners of the room hear the same show.
- DBX DriveRack VENU360 loudspeaker management and a DBX 1261V zone processor. The room is tuned and zoned already. Nobody is guessing at EQ on your night.
- QSC GX5 and SPA4-100 amplification driving the passive fills.
Microphones
- 4× Shure Beta 58A handhelds on two SLXD24D dual-channel digital wireless systems. Four live mics at once for panels, Q&A, hosts, and performers.
- Shure UA844+SWB/LC antenna distribution with 2× UA874US active directional antennas. Real RF infrastructure, which is the difference between clean wireless and dropouts in a downtown DC building.
- 2× round-base mic stands for anyone who wants their hands free.
Lighting & Rigging
- WMX1MK2 standalone DMX controller running the stage rig, with scenes set before doors.
- 2× ADJ UBL12H 1-meter RGBAL+UV LED bars. Full color wash on the stage, warm for a fireside chat or saturated for a show.
- 2× 2.5m square truss segments with clamps, eye clamps, and 2-ton screw-pin shackles. Bring a banner, a fixture, or your own gear and there's a rated place to hang it.
Cameras
- 3× Canon CR-N300 4K PTZ cameras with 20x zoom, NDI over the network. Wide, stage, and crowd coverage without a camera operator standing in your audience's sightline.
Bottom line: the room is already built. Bring the content and the guest list.
